Ingredients: Curry Powder, Herbs, Spices, Citric Acid, Thyme, Garlic, Scotch Bonnet Pepper and Pimento.

Instructions: Empty entire package of seasoning unto 2 pounds chopped chicken meat (1 whole chicken chopped into small pieces)add 2 TBSP of olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic and mix well. Put in pan on high heat turning constantly for 5 minutes. Add 2 cups water; simmer on medium heat until sauce thickens. Serve with rice or vegetables. Serves 4
